CHRISTIANA SPENS

Christiana Spens is the author of several books including The Colony (forthcoming from Salt, 2026), The Fear (Repeater, 2023) Shooting Hipsters (Repeater, 2016), and The Portrayal and Punishment of Terrorists in Western Media: Playing the Villain (Palgrave Macmillan, 2019). She writes regularly for publications such as The New Statesman, The Irish Times, Literary Hub, The London Magazine, Prospect and Studio International, and sometimes works as an illustrator for books by Granta, NYRB, and other publishers.
